OK – so I have a quick question for you…

Are you an “M-Type Personality” or a “U-Type Personality”?

But before you try to answer that question… let me say 2 things.

1.) I’ll explain what those 2 personality types are in the video below.

2.) 90% of you watching this are actually “M-type personalities” but in order to be successful, you MUST be a “U-Type Personality”.

OK, so I hope today’s blog video made sense to you! And that you understand the whole idea about “M-Type” vs. “U-Type” personalities.

Make sure you commit to being a “U” type and then make a list of the thing you’re going to do
UNTIL you get the desired result.

As always…

  1. Excellent words, Devon.
Having created 2 offline companies, I finally realized I had developed the M-type when referring to online business. I have since reverted back to my U-type expectations and working it like it should be done.
Thanks for this. I will be sharing.

I’m most definitely a M but I’m working on my U. I need to learn more about blogging.

Yes, yes, yes. I definitely have a M-type personality. But, I have, after listening to you some time ago, I am also developing the U-type of personality. It is a hard road to travel, but, UNTIL I get what I want and deserve, I am traveling the U-type path. Thanks for the extra push Devon.

I’m glad someone finally fessed up to being among those who help to create an expectation of instant results among us wannabes. However, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to promote something that shows results quickly to let the member/user know that they are making progress. It’s when little to no results are achieved initially that people get reasonably frustrated. So let me offer an idea as to how I think IM product creators should build their products: Pretend you are a brick and mortar business and selling a tool. When I get home, that tool better damn well work as soon as I go to use it. If I do a good or bad job with it, that’s because of my skill, or lack thereof, in handling the tool, and NOT because the tool didn’t work. If internet product creators actually applied this concept to their creations and promotions, I could actually envision the day a few decades from now when they’d actually have a good reputation (LOL)! But seriously, you know what I’m getting at. Thanx for the video Devon.

  4. Devon, The Oracle,

Your words of wisdom ‘hit the nail on the head’ again
Patience & persistence must be U-type words.
They must become my new written ‘goal’ words to
    post over my bathroom mirror.

    Thank you , once again

Listening to this video I’m not so smooth after all. First time hearing this “M”, “U” formula. And did I get hit in the face with it. I AM FOR SURE A MICROWAVE. Now after listening to this, I am determine to be a “UNTIL” The old saying goes “You learn something new every day”
    Thank you

Love that microwave analogy to instantaneous results. I swear Devon, you are a video artist…LOVE watching them…I had to kick the “M” out of my butt and work the “U” back in…lol

Since a Mind Power teaching, only very recently, got me to accept the fact “I Can, Therefore I Will”, i am being converted from ‘M” type to “U”type. Quicker follow-up of my leads and greater persistence therewith will be more encouraging and contribute to quicker conversion to “U”type.

Excellent words again, Devon. We all need to remember this, no matter what the endeavor. Thank you!!
