Why You Should STOP Using Money As Your Only Metric (ESPECIALLY for beginners)

Ok, so for the sake of this post, I’m going to assume that we all know what money is – lol
But if you’re not familiar with the term “metric”, then you should know that for the purposes of our little discussion today, it just refers to a unit of measurement.
In other words, when someone says “know your metrics”, they’re just suggesting that you know the numbers associated with your business so that you can analyze things properly and make the correct decisions.
But, here’s the problem (especially for people who aren’t making a lot of money yet as home based business entrepreneurs)… The problem is that the ONLY metric (i.e. “number”) you look at is whether or not you’ve made a sale. And you judge a program’s legitimacy based on how quickly you make
that sale.
The problem is that you don’t look at any other facets of the business and you leave out the MOST IMPORTANT metric for determining whether or not you’re “winning”.
So, what is the MOST IMPORTANT THING to look at?

    I am in a coaching program right now and there’s been a few people who quit the program because they didn’t make a sale. Even Though they had a list and new how to drive traffic, they still quit.

    They didn’t realize that in order to make money online, you need become a marketer. Becoming something takes time, effort, and repetition. Once you become a marketer, the money will come. Until then, we need to be happy with the small successes along the way.

    Money does not grow on trees for us to just go and pick it off the branch. We have to persuade others to exchange their hard earned money for our product.

    Yes, because they’d ALREADY DTW/developed the habit, and all they needed was a final push (which the program provided).
