Ok Everyone,

I know that you see how PERFECT I look when I do my videos and how I NEVER mess up regarding anything I do in my Internet Marketing Business.

I know that the PERFECTION of my video quality and the fact that my videos turn out perfectly even thought I don’t even talk into a microphone can be an intimidating act to follow.

I know that my PERFECT white T-Shirt and the SUPER HIGH level of professionalism that comes with wearing a hat backwards is a great case study for how to be super sexy and awesome at the same time!!

But just because everything I do is PERFECT, doesn’t mean that everything YOU do has to be PERFECT!

HAHAHAHA – Ok, so maybe stating that EVERYTHING I do is PERFECT is a “slight” stretch. 🙂

But my statement about you not having to be perfect is the TRUTH!!!

    Hey Devon,

Great post man. In the past I have had a problem with being a perfectionist, and that stop me from moving forward. Now I realize that it’s better to get something out there than nothing at all.

    Love the content man.

    Thanks.

  4. Ha ha ha Devon! Good video…
As far as the question below the vid, it would be faster if
I mentioned the word without mistakes! 🙂
You do have a typo in the second paragraph though…
    Just sayin’,
    Walt

  5. “But my statement about you not having to be perfect is the TRUTH!!!”

YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH DEVON! LOL (Sorry I just had to say that)

Thanks for today’s video brother. It was a light topic to say the least, but still something that many people get emotional over lol

I guess the reason why people are after that level of perfection is to show there level of professionalism. No spelling errors/typos = a professional but I don’t know about the idea of how much to the left the opt-in box should be lol that is just crazy but then again appearance is also important I guess. Man I’m just contradicting myself lol

But chill out people nobody and nothing is perfect. 🙂

Thanks again and have a great evening Mr Brown!

    Kind regards

I learn alot from your viedos. Thank You, Terry

  7. Hey Devon,

If everybody was perfect what a boring world this would be. You have to screw up and make mistakes, how are you supposed to better yourself if all you do is complete perfection.

But then would you ever get anything done if all you do is look for perfection. My eldest son is learning to play the guitar. He is always looking for perfection in playing anything. Just do it get it wrong and you know where to fix it!

I have this problem at the moment with a product I am creating. Making sure everything is tip top and very reluctant to launch it to the market. I see it as, just get it out there and when you get feedback from your customers you can always adjust it and tweak it further down the line.

  8. I think I spotted a typo in item no. 2 under your video. It should have read “KLICK HERE”.

Hi Devon I would like to say that I like all of your videos and I look for more to come. I would like for you make one on how you can get starter. with no money or how you can find someone to help you get started because some of us just do not have the or have the means to get the money to start. This dose not mean that we can not do it but just do not have the mean to get started. think you for the videos and I hope you keep them coming.

  10. LOL… Hey Devon…

This is WAY TOO FUNNY !!!!!

You are 100% correct… I hope that everyone realizes how right you are on this… I for sure do…

Anyway, thanks for a great video…

    Frank

  11. Hi Devon,

Great video with a very poignant message, your explanation was spot on but previously you’ve always nailed it in one sentence and this was a bit more elaborate, so if I may :

“As an information marketer, your job is to get the info from your head into the head of the recipient, if they fully understand what you’ve written then the odd typo won’t matter in the slightest! think of it as food, that person needs to know that info Now, not six months from now, besides little mistakes show you are human and as long as your info is solid then they’ll know you are genuine.”

Also the recipients who are just looking for typos are completely wasting their time and missing the point, they are supposed to Act on that information not faff about picking holes in the presentation, their job is to understand it then go duplicate it and get it done, then on the proceeds they can go eat.

Anyway keep up the good work Devon and I look forward to your next video

    Cheers

    David.

Love your videos Devon. Keep em coming.

BTW – In the past, I’ve actually “purposefully” added mistakes and typos in my copy.

Nothing wrong with imperfection… just means you are being “REAL”.
Keep up the great work, dude.

    ~ Steve
